San Francisco Wedding: Robi & Jamie

They started dating all of 12 years ago but I swear… if you’re ever lucky enough to meet Robi and Jamie, you’d know that they act as though they just started dating. The friendship and admiration between the two is so touching and sincere…

On the day of their wedding, we started the day at Clift Hotel located in Union Square…

A little gift from the groom… can’t you tell already, Jamie’s going to be the best husband ever!

A little something from etsy thrown in…

More very Robi details…

Why the three shoes, you ask? Oh, because Robi had three dresses. One beautiful Aviu short cashmere dress for city hall, a long bridal gown by Notte by Marchesa for the family dinner banquet, and one smokin’ Alexander Wang piece for the after party.

Notice the daring side cutout? Yeah, Robi is pleasantly (and very fashionably) unexpected like that. And she rocked that dress like nobody’s business.

The girls getting ready…

The boys…

Robi and Jamie opted for a First Look and it is, bar none, my favorite part of the wedding day. I must admit, the whole idea of the First Look is something I saw over at Jasmine Star’s site (and I lurrrrrve JStar). It is when the bride and groom decide to see each other for the first time, on the day of their wedding, all gussied up. It’s such an intimate moment and it totally makes me melt inside each time.

Shortly after, we headed out…

Stopped by Robi and Jamie’s favorite Taco spot, Cancun Taqueria. They were -ahem- hella good 🙂

Then off to Alamo Square…

Then off to City Hall where Robi and Jamie were wed by their dear friend Raul.

He was hilarious!

To Robi and Jamie, you guys are the best! I’d wish you guys an awesome life ahead of you but it’s clear you guys need no help in that department. Just keepin’ it real 🙂
